We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers willing to help out. Training for volunteers is provided. Please contact us for more information about the volunteer opportunities available or with suggestions on how you would be able to help New Beginnings! There are a number of volunteer opportunities available at New Beginnings:
- Peer counselors
- Group leaders
- Public Speakers
- Office work/administrative: receptionist, data entry, mass mailings, newsletters, folding, etc.
- Fundraising teams: Move for Life, Fall Fundraising Banquet, and others
- Promotional material design and distribution: Red Wing, Goodhue, Lake City, Ellsworth
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Board member(s)
Encourage members of your church, friends, neighbors and others to become involved in helping New Beginnings and supporting the vital work of New Beginnings.
The next volunteer training will be held in November 2010. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer and would like to attend the training session, please contact us and let us know.
Encourage your faith community's involvement in supporting New Beginnings, pregnant women and their families.
Start a prayer team and pray for:
- the unborn
- the mothers
- the fathers
- the grandparents
- our ministry
Volunteer training session for new volunteers takes place from 9am - 4pm and are held at New Beginnings. The cost is $20, which includes the cost of the volunteer manual.

Mandatory quarterly meetings for all current volunteers will take place on Saturdays from 9am - 10:30am. Upcoming quarterly meetings for volunteers will be:
